Ike Suri, in collaboration with his partners, formulated, continues to develop and implement the company's business strategy. Ike, one of Options Group's founding partners, specializes in senior-level executive recruitment in the financial services sector, focusing primarily on investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, distressed debt, hedge funds, specialty lending and private equity. Ike spearheaded the expansion of Options Group's offices in 11 out of its current 14 offices globally including Newport Beach (CA), New Delhi, Hong Kong, Sydney, Sao Paulo, Singapore, Shanghai and Mumbai. He continues to lead and manage them with regional leadership and designated partners. In 2003, Ike led the consolidation of the Firm's global affiliated companies into a parent holding company called "Options Group International LLC" to better structure the firm. The holding company allows Options Group to position itself with a deliberate plan for growth and leverage its strong synergies and common strengths in the global financial markets with clients, candidates and Firm consultants.

Ike has served as a CEO, Chairman, Board member and advisor to private and public companies and continues to advise companies as an Advisor or a Principal. Ike is a "serial entrepreneur" and charter member of the IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE). He also is a board member of Trilennia Group, a mid-market merchant banking firm and a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

Prior to joining Options Group, Ike was Managing Director of Azemuth, Inc., an investment-banking boutique specializing in technology M&A and principal investments. Ike has successfully negotiated the acquisition of tens of companies on behalf of public companies engaged in consolidating particular sectors of the technology industry. His primary focus has centered on Mergers & Acquisitions. He has a long history of financial consultancy work, where he has actively worked with leading organizations across various industry sectors, including Financial Services, Information Technology, Health Care and the Internet.

Ike attended Delhi University's Sri Ram College of Commerce and further completed Undergraduate and Graduate course work in Finance and Marketing at Rutgers University.
