Options Group Names David Korn Managing Partner

London, April 13, 2004  - Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Korn to Managing Partner.

"David has proven himself indispensable to our European expansion in both building relationships and securing mandates on the Continent," said Paul DeLucia, managing partner of the Options Group.

David joined Options Group in November 1999 as the first hire in the firm's London office. He is responsible for our European operation and has been a key figure in establishing and managing Options Group's equities arm on the Continent. He also has familarity with senior-level placements on a global basis. While David has vast experience with cash equities and equity derivatives in both sales and trading, his particular expertise lies in the program trading world and all Automated Execution Services. He has enjoyed building and developing relationships with many of the top-tier and emerging program trading houses.

Having gained a B.A. Degree in Business from Leeds University, David had a short tenure as a trainee Chartered Accountant before making the transition to work in executive search. Immediately prior to joining Options Group, David worked with a boutique executive search practice in the city, gaining valuable equities experience at various levels within Global Markets.
