Options Group Names Edward Kass Managing Partner

New York, October 25, 2005  - Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Edward Kass to Managing Partner.

"Since Ed came to the firm in 2000, he has been one of the top producers in such fixed income areas as interest rates and derivatives and we are pleased to make him a Managing Partner," said Michael Karp, founding partner of the Options Group. Ed is currently conducting searches in the Americas and Asia in all areas of financial services. His particular expertise lies in capital markets and structured finance, as well as the sales, trading and research in fixed income, equities, and derivative products across all asset classes.

Prior to joining Options Group, Ed worked for a period of three years in executive search in Tokyo, where he ran the operations of another major financial services search firm. Prior to that he was a fixed income derivative sales person working for Kidder Peabody and subsequently Paine Webber. Ed is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with degrees in Managerial Economics and Industrial Administration.
