Options Group Welcomes Back Robert A. Flohr
London/New York, July 17, 2008 - Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, is pleased to announce the return of Robert A. Flohr to the firm as a Senior Advisor.
"Bob has long had a strong relationship with the Options Group family for many years and it is excellent news that he has agreed to re-join us," said Michael Karp, CEO of Options Group.
“Over the last few years, Options Group and Bob worked on several projects together and this announcement brings this relationship in-house,” added Ike Suri, Options Group’s CFO. “He will be an important part of our mission to build senior relationships and expand our global footprint in the Americas and Europe."
Bob, who will work closely with Michael and Ike, has been a consultant and advisor to the financial services industry for over twenty years, primarily from an executive search platform. For the past few years, Bob has worked as a senior advisor to the boards of two major banks, consulting on issues related to corporate restructuring, integrations, corporate business development, management development and change management. He has an outstanding record of success in helping clients build new businesses, increase market share and improve performance. Bob consistently has been a market leader in originating new business and generating revenues.
His consulting career began with McKinsey and Co. and includes four years at Korn Ferry International (KFI). At KFI, he was head of the Financial Services practice for Europe and was responsible for the global coverage of investment banks and asset management firms. His clients have included many of the leading investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms and private banks in the world. While based in London for ten years, Bob covered all the European markets and maintains a significant network of personal and professional contacts, both in Europe and the U.S. Bob is a graduate of Princeton University and spent four years early in his career working as an Assistant Dean of Admissions and as an Academic Advisor at Princeton.
