Options Group Promotes Four Executive Directors to Partner

New York, September 8, 2008 - Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Damian Goodburn, Carlos Mejia, Simon Satanovsky and Raveen Shah to Partner, a newly created title in the firm.

The four senior executive search consultants were promoted as a way “to bolster senior leadership in line with the firm’s worldwide expansion efforts,” said Michael Karp, CEO of Options Group."

Options Group, which is headquartered in New York, now has a total of 14 offices including London, Hong Kong, Newport Beach, San Francisco, Boston, São Paulo, Dubai, Mumbai, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Zurich.

Mr. Goodburn joined Options Group in 2000 and runs the firm’s global commodities practice from the firm’s London office and focuses on energy, power, metals and the emerging commodity markets of water, waste and renewable energy. He has placed executive level traders, structurers, marketers and originators across the commodity class in both Europe and North America. Damian joined from the markets having traded emerging market repos for ANZ Investment Bank and prior to that worked for Credit Suisse developing their collateral management group. Damian is a postgraduate from the Royal Agricultural College in Advanced Business Management.

Mr. Mejia joined Options Group in 2001 and leads proprietary trading and investing client coverage out of the firm’s New York office. Additionally, he was instrumental in the design and development of Pachira, Options Group's internal revenue tracking product. Carlos’ principal areas of expertise are Principal Strategies and Investing as well as equity derivatives and cross-asset products and strategies, including convertible bonds and capital structure arbitrage. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Mr. Shah joined Options Group in 2000 and covers the Firm’s European Fixed Income practice, working as a generalist across all asset classes with a particular focus on derivatives products. He has broad experience in conducting searches at all levels across Interest Rate/Credit Sales, Trading, Structuring and Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Options Group, Raveen was called to the Bar at Middle Temple. He holds a LLB from the London School of Economics.

Mr. Satanovsky has been in the financial-services industry for 12 years, initially as a Swaps trader at BNP Paribas and subsequently in analytical and technical support for interest rates, foreign exchange and credit derivatives at JPMorgan and West LB. Most recently, Simon's expertise includes fixed-income and credit derivatives products, as well as object-oriented analysis, design and programming. Simon is well known and respected in the Russian-speaking Wall Street community, particularly among analytics programmers. Simon has an advanced degree in Mathematics from Kharkov University (Ukraine) and MBA in Finance from New York University.
