In 1992, Options Group started as a technology-focused recruiting firm placing application and analytic programmers, along with quant researchers focusing on derivative strategies. In 1995, we separated our business into a tech practice and a financial services practice. Working out of a 600 sq. ft. room on Penn Plaza with six people, the founders of Options Group cold called and networked via phone and fax. In 1996, the founders of Options Group purchased a 10,000 sq. foot building in Gramercy Park to empower expansion and growth. Our flagship office in New York City has since grown from six to __ people, and during this time, we have demonstrated true consistency in managing relationships as many of our original clients continue to be clients of the firm today.

As we near our 30-year anniversary, Options Group has since grown to a global business with offices around the world. In the Americas, our New York headquarters is supplemented by offices in Sao Paolo, Bogota, Los Angeles and Dallas. Our EMEA business, run from London, has added offices in Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Zurich and Dubai. In Asia, our offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney have grown rapidly, as the region has posted stellar GDP growth.

Options Group has now grown its’ offering across a variety of consultative and advisory services with talent acquisition still being one of its largest business lines for financial services and technology. In 2022, we established the Dallas office, which proudly serves as the headquarters for our Healthcare in Financial Services franchise. We also leverage the firm’s global operations, strategic, corporate development, administrative, intelligence and analytics capabilities for clients, domestically and globally. At Options Group, there is a vitality and energy, which combines a creative and fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and a tenacious desire to succeed. Dallas acts as bridge between our clients, Texas’ rapidly growing economy, and the broader US/global Financial Services industry. The Dallas team is initially focused on Healthcare in Financial Services, Sellside Equities, Hedge Funds, Systematic/Electronic Trading, Tech, Data Science, C Level Executives, Accounting and Finance, Quant Trading firms, Asset Managers, Family Offices, Private Wealth and Private Equity.
