Jennifer Montalvo is a Partner in Options Group’s New York office and leads the Sell-Side practice as well as Co-Leads the Investment Banking efforts. With nearly 20 years’ senior executive search experience, Jennifer brings an extensive track record of advising clients across the globe in talent acquisition, leadership advisory, succession and human capital strategy.

Jennifer has held senior leadership positions at multiple global executive recruiting firms and has completed numerous senior executive and C-level searches across the financial services industry worldwide. Jennifer has been also quoted by Business Insider as one of the top FICC recruiters on Wall Street

Jennifer earned a BA from Bowdoin College.

Away from the office Jennifer enjoys tennis, exploring the outdoors with her family and puppy and board games.
