Our investment banking client has a Sales Marketing role, at their Hong Kong office. They are looking for someone to join their sales team and cover structured product and credit sales for Taiwan, Hong Kong and China clients. This person would be responsible for the sales and marketing of FICC products with a focus on cash bonds and high yield bonds to institutional and corporate clients. Ideal candidates would be able to provide support to the sales team on bond sales, while performing analysis and preparing reports on major markets and products. They would require the candidate to have at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, financial engineering, or statistics. They would want this person to have at least 2 years of fixed income and high yield bonds sales covering Chinese clients based in Hong Kong. This new hire should have proficient knowledge of fixed income markets and have good technical communication skills as well as presentation skills. They would also require this candidate to be proficient in English and Putonghua; however a Native Mandarin speaker is an advantage.
