Anil heads the financial services business in India. Under his leadership, the Mumbai office has successfully launched and developed new product coverage and business lines in India and South Asia. He has helped numerous financial institutions execute human capital growth strategies and restructure existing teams.

Prior to joining Options Group in 2011, he was Principal Consultant & Head BFSI with Venator Search Partners. Anil has a very strong track record in the field of Consumer & Commercial Banking, Markets, Broking, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.

Anil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Anil enjoys playing cricket at the weekend and is an avid Real Madrid fan. Additionally, his love for traveling allows him to explore new places and cultures.
