His track record in delivering unparalleled client value to support their talent and business goals has been spread across both EMEA and APAC markets. Arran is based in Bangkok and is Executive Director – SEA and Head of Global Retail & Consumer Practice.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a deep understanding of the talent planning, succession planning and executive hiring strategies of both global industry leaders and local clients. He is well-positioned to lead the expansion of Options Group’s business across key emerging and growth markets in the ASEAN region. In his current role, Arran is responsible for developing the firm’s global strategy and building client relationships in the retail and consumer Practice business.

With his extensive experience in conducting global and local searches in markets such as the UK, Europe, Middle East, Greater China, and all ASEAN markets, Arran is poised to make a major impact at Options Group. Prior to joining Options Group, Arran founded Agora Group International in Hong Kong which was subsequently acquired by Options Group in 2023. Agora was an established market leader across Asia Pacific within the Retail and Consumer industries, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and London.

He also founded wykr.co, a community-driven social recruitment platform which delivered validated talent, through referrals, to hiring companies. Arran was born in the UK and is also a Hong Kong Permanent Resident. He graduated from The University of Manchester with an LLB in Law. Away from the office, Arran enjoys travel across Asia, finance and consumer electronics related podcasts and supporting animal charities in Thailand.
